Middle Coombe Farm Weekend Retreat: an extended weekend of Iyengar Yoga in the Devon Countryside. Join Rachel Lovegrove and Hannah Lovegrove for a special long weekend of Iyengar Yoga at Middle Coombe Farm, a beautiful 16th-century estate set within 400 acres of peaceful Devon countryside. With small group numbers and a relaxed rhythm to the days, this retreat offers the opportunity to step away from daily demands and immerse yourself in practice, nature and quiet reflection. Across the four days we will explore six asana sessions and two early morning pranayama practices, alongside time to walk the land, rest and enjoy nourishing meals together. Guests are also welcome to make use of the heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub — perfect for unwinding after practice or simply enjoying the stillness of the surrounding countryside. Whether you come alone or with a friend, the retreat is designed to create a warm and supportive atmosphere for students of Iyengar Yoga to deepen their practice in a beautiful and welcoming setting.
