In these workshops, we work through a sequence of poses, including recuperation, pranayama and relaxation. They provide a General class for all, and a thorough introduction to Iyengar Yoga for Beginners. These events are very popular, and limited to 10 so we can all use the ropes. The day is split so you can come to either or both sections, depending on your capacity.

9.30 – 12.00 (approx): General Sequence of poses, with ropes etc.
12.00 – 12.45 (approx): Break, hot drinks provided.
12.45 – 2.30: Recuperative work, Pranayama and Relaxation.

    I loved the Yoga, it felt achievable for me but pushed me to my limit too. The class sessions were just the right length and Hannah was very professional and knowledgable.
