BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS:
Places are limited, so please book early. Prices are per person and may be subject to change.
Deposit, Payment, and Refunds Policy:
- A £50 deposit (per weekend) or £35 (per day) for each person is required to secure each place.
- New students must complete and sign a booking form and send either by post or email.
- Full payment for all elements is due 4 weeks before the start date of the event.
- In the event that you cancel more than 6 weeks before the start date of the event, your payment is refundable less £30 administration fee (per weekend) or £10 (per day).
- If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the start of the event, your payment will ONLY be refunded (less £30/£10 administration fee) if we can pass the yoga place (and B&B if booked) to another guest.
- All medical information and any information regarding food allergies and intolerances must be made clear prior to booking.
- Should we have to cancel the event all monies paid will be refunded to you. We do not take responsibility for travel or accommodation booked, or other costs incurred.
- We advise you to take out travel insurance to cover you during your stay, or in the event of cancellation.
