Yoga Event T&Cs.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS:
Places are limited, so please book earlyPrices are per person and may be subject to change.

 Deposit, Payment, and Refunds Policy:

  1. A £50 deposit (per weekend) or £35 (per day) for each person is required to secure each place.
  2. New students must complete and sign a booking form and send either by post or email.
  3. Full payment for all elements is due 4 weeks before the start date of the event.
  4. In the event that you cancel more than 6 weeks before the start date of the event, your payment is refundable less £20 administration fee (per weekend) or £10 (per day).
  5. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday, your payment will ONLY be refunded (less £20/£10 administration fee) if we can pass the yoga place to another guest.
  6. All medical information and any information regarding food allergies and intolerances must be made clear prior to booking.
  7. Should we have to cancel the event all monies paid will be refunded. We do not take responsibility for travel or accommodation booked, or other costs incurred.
  8. We advise you to take out travel insurance to cover you during your stay, or in the event of cancellation.
