Hannah has over 30 years’ experience practicing and teaching Iyengar Yoga, the world’s best yoga training for helping people, with a wealth of knowledge in using yoga to help with injuries, ailments, and mental health conditions.
One to One classes – these yoga classes are bespoke and allow you to work with a very personal focus. The sessions are followed up with notes on the class to support your home practice. Taken over six weeks, the classes can respond to and build on positive changes in your body and mind, so your process governs your experience and development over that time.
1 hour … £45 for the first, £40 thereafter. A course of six … £210.
Special Group classes – private group classes are very popular. Whether your group is mixed ability, experienced, old or young, male or female, we will provide an interesting class in our fully-equipped Yoga Studio, with delicious refreshments and beautiful surroundings, making it a day to remember! Directions: Classes are held in the Studio at Saddle Street Farm, Thorncombe, TA20 4PY. It is the first building on the right hand side, half way up Saddle Street. The drive is just beyond the Studio. Park by the barns and walk back down the road to the garden door. Equipment is provided, or you can bring your own.
