If you have had Covid-19, you may be suffering a range of longer-term effects. The Iyengar Yoga Therapy Committee produced a Covid Recovery Booklet. It’s a lot to take in so as you look through the brochure, read each of the green Notes sections – they give important points for the approach necessary to prevent further damage, and to support the healing process.
