If you have had Covid-19, you may be suffering a range of longer-term effects. The Therapy Committee ran a 2 hour workshop and produced a brochure: Covid Recovery Booklet.

It’s a lot to take in so as you look through the brochure, read each of the green Notes sections – they give important points for the approach necessary to prevent further damage, and to support the healing process.

After illness or injury, it’s not until we try something that we know where our starting point is and what we are able to do, so here is a four-pose sequence to get you going: Simple Covid Sequence
