WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES

Classes are held in the Studio at Saddle Street Farm, Thorncombe, TA20 4PY. It is the first building on the right hand side, half way up Saddle Street. The drive is just beyond the Studio. Park by the barns and walk back down the road to the side door. The Studio is on your left opposite the house. Equipment is provided or you can bring your own.

Tuesday morning General class: 9.30 – 11.00 am
Suitable for all, including Beginners. Classes are structured to improve general health, mobility and understanding of the poses.
Dates: 
5th January – 15th March (half term break 16th February)
6 classes = £50
Single class = £10

Tuesday morning Gentle class: 11.30 am – 12.30 pm
The class is suitable for people who have specific problems and may need some assistance. It will give you an understanding of the basic poses and allow you to assess your improvement as the weeks progress.
Dates: 5th January – 15th March (half term break 16th February)
6 classes = £40
Single class = £8

Tuesday evening General class: 6.00 – 7.30 pm
Suitable for all, including Beginners. Classes are structured to improve general health, mobility and understanding of the poses.
Dates: 5th January – 15th March (half term break 16th February)
6 classes = £50
Single class = £10

Wednesday morning class: 9.00 – 11.00 am
Intermediate –
a class for the fit and able, structured to develop ability and understanding. Includes all the basic yoga poses, the intermediate level poses, inversions, and a relaxation at the end.
Dates: 6th January – 16th March (half term break 17th February)
6 classes = £65
Single class = £12

Booking is essential as places are limited to 12 per session. Please give 24 hours notice or pre-booked classes will be chargeable.
